Short description of the organization (max 12 lines):
NanoTechCentre Ltd was found in 2006 by Tambov State Technical University and “Tambov InnovativeTechnological Centre of Mechanical Engineering”. The organization works in the following interrelated areas: carbon nanostructured material “Taunit” (CNM “Taunit”) manufacturing; catalyst for CNM “Taunit” synthesis manufacturing; research and development in and around nanomaterials; equipment for CNM “Taunit” synthesis manufacturing and sale. CNM “Taunit” is one-dimensional nanoscale thread-like establishment of polycrystalline graphite in the form of black dry powder. CNM granules in micrometric size have the structure of tangled bundles of multi-walled nanotubes (MWNT). We synthesize it by method of chemical vapor deposition during catalytic (Ni/Mg) pyrolysis (CVD) of carbohydrates (СхHy). Today we collaborate with more than 150 scientific and industrial organization in Russia and abroad and have results of plenty of researchers that prove high quality of the material, its unique qualities and wide range of industrial use.
NanoTechCentre Ltd is interested in industrial adoption of CNM “Taunit”, that's why we research different nanomodified additives and changes in material characteristics with nanotubes inside together with scientific laboratories, Universities and industrial companies in Russia and abroad.
As a partner of European organization for participation in the7th Framework Programme we are ready to offer carbon nanomaterial of high quality with low price and any nanomodifiers you need in your production.
Besides, we can offer equipment for nanomaterial manufacturing with capacity – up to 2000 kg per year. Reactor of semi-continuous action for carbon nanomaterial “Taunit” synthesis is made by JSC “Tambovsky zavod KOMSOMOLETS named in honour of N.S. Artemov”. Production lines in different packaging arrangement have been supplied and successfully work in Vladimir State University (Russia), Zhitomir (Ukraine) and Tokio (Japan).
