Short description of the organization (max 12 lines): Ryazan state radioengineering university( RSREU), a state institution of higher vocational education, was founded in 1951 and nowadays serves as an important specialized scientific and educational system. The university has available modern scientific and educational basis. Department branches can be found on the basis of industrial enterprises, scientific research institutes, design offices. Research and development projects are actively carried out at the university, it functions as head organisation in a number of scientific engineering research programs in Russia. Our subdivision was founded on the basis of radionavigation and communication department. The staff specialises in innovation elaboration in the fields of radionavigation, radiolocation, image processing, radiocommunication, antijamming coding, artificial neuron nets, speech technologies. Following our subdivision achievements a lot of scientific works were published in central press, the participation in a big number of research and development projects confirms our experience of carrying out research investigations.
Expertise offered New acoustic speech-production model granting not only integral signal factors, but its information structure as well. Investigation of objective acoustic noise static parameters met at enterprises, in transport and in everyday life. Development of multiple acoustic noise model for unfavourable acoustic environment including wideband, narrowband and impulse components. Synthesis of adequate system operation to supress acoustic noise, possibility of its practical usage has been analysed. Speech variability problem analysis on temporal, amplitude, frequency signal scales, development of invariant speech signal classifier against speech variability. Analysis of compact invariant speech signal description acquisition possibility where signal is represented as a collection of elements independent of individual announcer characteristics. Synthesis and analysis technology elaboration of speech signal generalized spectral representation systems with signals optimal according to given parameters in a required category of discrete operators. Elaboration and research of speech instruction automatic recognition device model. Tools and complex set of applied programs which provide universal adaptation to the field of education and health and permit interactive coordination by means of natural language interface including voice control system low sensitive to speech announcers variability; dataware system based on the tool of speech messages, synthesis of high quality; high performance compression system and verbal information transmission.
