Expertise offered The project is aimed on specialist’s competence forming and maintenance in lifelong learning as the basis of specialist competitiveness in the knowledge society. Realization of defined problems demands the development of scientific pedagogical and psychological basing of the process of learnerr competence forming taking into consideration laws and principles of intellectual, personal and professional development. The development of adequate educational technologies, tools and methods is also necessary. The disparity of traditional education strategies and methods with the laws of intellectual development and also with the laws of individual knowledge structures and existing level of representative structures of intellect may be thought to be one of the reasons of difficulties in realization of aims and problems of contemporary education. In this project the development of individual system of meanings as well as cognitive and representative structures of intellect are key factors of specialist’s competence development. This is carried out on the basis of system development principles, author psychological and didactical model of meaning and author multi-level model of learning. Multi-level model of learning suggests individual knowledge system development based on the processes of progressive differentiation and integration of representative and operational cognitive structures. Using in the learning process knowledge representation models adequate to the basic forms of individual knowledge representation and storage in the human memory is one of the project peculiarities. Thus multi-level model specifies forming of cognitive structures in which knowledge about different objects and situations is represented as well as mastering of knowledge modeling methods using different codes.
Problems to be solved and results: Development of theoretical basing, and model of learning process , educational technologies and their computer support allowing to improve effectiveness and quality of training of competent and competitive specialist in lifelong learning.
