Expertise offered The new technique of thermal processing of metal glass (MG) is developed, allowing optimizing a mode of annealing. Dependences of plasticity on time annealing for small times annealing are established, temperatures maximal embrittlement MG are certain. Morphological features of macropictures of destruction anneal MG are studied at microindentation, schemes of their formation are offered, temperatures annealing are established laws formations of cracks depending on size of loading on indenter. The abnormal behaviour of size of microhardness MG from temperature preliminary annealing at stages of transition from an amorphous condition in crystal is established. In a zone of thermal influence of pulse laser radiation the characteristic pictures of destruction adequating to various physical transformations, occurring in a material as a result of an irradiation is revealed. It is established, that hardness irradiated by laser MG is maximal near to a zone of thermal influence and character of its change in process of removal from the center of influence is calculated. Techniques of an estimation of temperature of heating in a zone of influence of an impulse of the coherent radiation, based on concurrence of dependences of probability of destruction of glass are developed at indentation from size of loading, and also on qualitative concurrence of morphological features of zones of deformation of a surface of glass after influence of an impulse of coherent radiation and after oven annealing. The technology of welding of thin tapes of metal glasses is offered.
Problems to be solved and results: Establishment of mechanisms of plasticity and destruction MG; an establishment of modes of operation MG; research of dynamics of formation of a superficial relief in MG at a deformation stretching; development of technologies of processing both tape, and volumetric MG laser radiation; on the basis of the developed technology of welding to offer methods of manufacturing of thermocouples, bimetallic plates.
