Expertise offered The purpose of this project is the development of technology of producing the dispersed-filled polymeric materials (films, filler plates, coverings, glutinous layers and block polymers) with the set high characteristics concerning heat conductivity, electric conductivity and durability by processing material at a stage of hardening of polymeric composition in magnetic, electric and mechanical fields.
Problems to be solved and results: It is expected to receive the final material of the set high properties in the process of processing of dispersed-filled polymeric materials separately in magnetic, electric and mechanical fields or in the process of complex processing by change of polymer nature and filling material, its concentration, intensity of fields, frequencies of vibration, temperature conditions and other parameters. It is planned to exceed the coefficient of heat conductivity of polymer up to 1 Watt/m. K, to lower the specific volumetric resistance up to 0,5.10-3 Ohm. cm and less, to raise the durability of glued joints on 40-50%.
