Expertise offered Physical acoustics of dispersed mediums with magnetic nano-particles will be worked out. Results of experimental and theoretical researches of velocity and absorption coefficient of ultrasound in non-magnetized and magnetized liquids will be summarized. Physical model composition of formation of elastic and dissipative qualities of solutions with magnetic nano-particles that will take into consideration aggregation processes of dispersed phase particles will be created. Research results of acoustomagnetic and magnitoacoustic effects will be analized.
