Expertise offered Solar energy resources are huge and amended. The low coefficient of efficiency and high cost of solar cells are barriers of the solar energetics expansion. Solar cells’ heterostructures fabricated by nano- and laser technologies will have high coefficient of efficiency. The project aims research and development of solar cells’ glass-silicon structures and technologies. Technologies based on laser processes. Models, methods and simulation tools will be created.
Problems to be solved and results: - the solar cell nanotechnology with laser processes; - models, methods and phisical simulation tools; - simulation of solar cell technology with laser processes; - solar cell nanostructure design methods.
