Expertise offered The first asynchronous circuits came into being in the middle of the fifties of the previous millenium and the designers of integrated devices are now expressing great interest in them more and more, because there are no problems of mismatching signal fronts (“signals’ matching”), low power consumption and ease of repeated using circuits for technologies based on various design norms applied. The asynchronous circuits allow to develop the systems insensitive to time delays in the circuits not requiring a thorough preparing of time responses what makes their application more promising for various technologies.
Problems to be solved and results: The methods of a circuit and layout engineering synthesis of digital asynchronous ASIC units of low-power consumption are developed in this project. The synthesizing method is based on using the complementary-coupled transistorized integrated circuits.
