Expertise offered The brief description: as objects of researches native populations Bradyrhizobium japonicum, allocated of bacteria of roots of the local zoned grades of a soya serve. As a plant-owner, from roots which allocated bacterial изоляты, grades early-ripening Lancetnaya and Belgorodskaya-48 have been taken. Experiences are spent in conditions of a hothouse complex and hospital BSAA. Our problem consists in defining parameters of major factors of environment optimum for realization potential nitrogen fixed native of populations of rhizobacteria to define efficiency of symbiotic specificity studied bacteria’s, to study influence on efficiency, quality of grain and productivity of different grades of a soya and to create new a microbiological preparation. Problems to be solved and results: Dependence of development of a soya depending on degree nitrogen fixed of bacterias on roots of plants is established. More intensive development of the bacterias on roots of plants, positively affects growth of efficiency of green weight of a soya, productivity and quality of grain. The allocated native populations of the rhizobacteria can form a basis for creation of a new bacterial preparation.
