Short description of the organization (max 12 lines): For the last 10 years monitoring, analyses and forecasts of the demand-supply dilemma both on labourmarket and educational services market in 83 Russian units have been performed by the “Budget Monitoring Center” in the framework of both federal and regional scientific and technical programms together with inquiries from the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Health and Social Development, the Ministry of Economic Development as well as with territorial representatives of these ministries. For the last years more than 30 projects devoted to labourmarket and educational services market have been performed on forecasting of the Russian Federation demand in graduates from different levels of vocational education. Description of previous and present experience in International Cooperation Budget Monitoring Center under Petrozavodsk State University doesn’t have much international experience. We had been dealing with a Finnish think-tank in Helsniki linked to forecasting. Soon, our colleagues are leaving for the USA, where they share our knowledge and gain western experience. We are very scientific-oriented, but longing for being international as well.
