Expertise offered The proposed binocular stereo vision system is intended for measurement of squint. Principles of operations of the system consists of acquisition a pair of stereo images, eye detection on images, calculating three-dimensional coordinates of eyes and measurement of squint by using eyes coordinates. Binocular stereo vision system allows measuring a squint in real time at the expense of hardware calculation and can be used in medical applications for a human’s binocular vision diagnostics.
Problems to be solved and results: The proposed technical solutions allows to detect in real eye movements and real-time diagnostic deviations of human vision.
