At least three partners (e.g. universities, private research organisations or companies) from three different countries create a network in order to train early-stage-researchers (in the first four years of their career, e.g. doctoral students).

Funding covers:

  • Recruitment of researchers who are in the first four years of their career
  • Recruitment of experienced 'visiting scientists'
  • Networking activities, workshops or conferences

The Participation of the commercial sector is strongly recommended. The Call is open for any research field.

This action aims to improve early-stage researchers' career prospects in both the public and private sectors, thereby making research careers more attractive to young people. This will be achieved through a transnational networking mechanism, aimed at structuring the existing high-quality initial research training capacity throughout Member States and Associated Countries.
