Under FP6 project RegionERA (Project title: Regional Network for Support of Scientific and Technological Co-operation between European Union and Russian Regions) The Regional Information Point for S&T cooperation with the EU (Voronezh State University, Russia) published the Guidance for Russian Participants in the Seventh EU Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development (FP7) in Russian language.

To prepare the Guidance the CBS RIP examined and analyzed more then 130 information resources. Among them the main EC normative documents on FP7 and ERA, foreign publications similar to the CBS RIP Guidance on FP7 (example, McCarthy “How to negotiate, manage and administer a Framework 5 and Framework 6 contracts”), official web-sites (EUROPA, CORDIS, FP7 etc.) and statistical data (EUROSTAT, OECD, UNESCO). The CBS RIP practical experience helped to make the Guidance really useful and adjust the existing information for the Russian potential FP7 participants.
